The Comparative Study on the Human Figure Sculptures of Ancient Greece and the Human Figurines of the Qin Dynasty

秦始皇帝陵出土的陶俑与古希腊雕塑艺术品从发展上没有先后联系。本文从双方艺术品的思路形成,制作工艺技术,展示展览环境等方面进行对比,试图建立起各种因素对应的对比理念,从而为研究双方艺术品建立科学的对比体系。

The pottery figurines unearthed from the Pits of the Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Emperor Qinshihuang＇s Mausoleum and the human figure sculptures of ancient Greece have no sequential relationship in their developments. In the aspects of the idea formations, making techniques and displaying environments, this paper makes comparisons between them, and tries to establish the comparative ideas of corresponding the elements in order to found a scientific comparative system for studying these two ancient artworks.
