党的政治建设是党的根本性建设。新时代党的政治建设具有鲜明的逻辑理路,其中价值逻辑主要体现为优化和完善了党的建设总体布局、促进和推动了全面从严治党向纵深发展、规划和保障了中国特色社会主义发展的正确路向;生成逻辑主要表现为对马克思主义党的政治建设理论的继承和发展、对中苏两党政治建设"正""反"经验教训的借鉴和反思以及十八大以来国内外客观形势的推动;发展逻辑主要呈现为"上与下""刚与柔""内与外""分与合"四个方面的有机统一。梳理和研究新时代党的政治建设的逻辑理路,有助于我们深化对新时代党的政治建设内容和党的建设总体布局的理解与认知。

The CPC's political construction is its fundamental construction. The political construction of the Party in a new era has a clear-cut philosophy. Its value logic is chiefly exhibited through improving the general layout for party construction, further promoting strict Party governance in an all-round way, and planning and safeguarding the correct direction of China's socialist development. Its genitive philosophy is chiefly characterized by inheriting and developing political construction theories for Marxist parties, drawing lessons from the successful and unsuccessful experience of political construction in China and the Soviet Union, and reflecting on domestic and internationalsituations since the 18th National Congress of the CPC.
