摘要
利用螺旋藻系统处理生活污水,旨在为污水的资源化利用提供一条可行的途径。采用人工配水对螺旋藻进行预培养,培养至系统稳定后开始投加经厌氧处理后的生活污水,比较不同充水比条件下对氮、磷的去除效果以及螺旋藻的生长情况。从3组试验对比情况来看,螺旋藻系统对氮、磷均有一定的去除效果。在充水比为10%时,系统的稳定性最好,对氮、磷的去除率也最高,其中对TN的去除率为75.67%,对TP的去除率为75.70%。因此,螺旋藻系统光生物反应器能够用于生活污水的处理及资源化利用,在实现污水处理的同时,也可产生螺旋藻生物质,可用于制作牲畜饲料或生物质柴油。
In order to find a feasible way for domestic wastewater utilization, Spirulina platensis system was developed for domestic wastewater treatment. Spirulina platensis was pre-cuhured in synthetic wastewater, and purification effect and Spirulina platensis growth were investigated by replacing different amount of anaerobic domestic wastewater when the system reached stable. It showed that the microalgal system could effectively remove nitrogen and phosphorus in anaerobic domestic wastewater. The microal- gal system could maintain stability under the water filling ratio of 10% , and the removal rates of TN and TP reached 75.67% and 75.70% respectively. The results showed that the photobioreactor could be used for treatment of domestic wastewater. At the same time, it could also produce Spirulina platensis bio- mass, which could be used for livestock feed or biomass diesel production.
