Including government resources,business resources,and professional degree resources,alumni resources are the main resources for the transformation and development of local colleges and universities. Local colleges and universities can strive for the strong support of governments at all levels through extensive contact with the government; break through the closure,integrate into the local areas,and build the interactive environment of resources for transformation and development; attract resources with the characteristics of colleges and universities’ transformation; construct the cooperative innovation platform of the schools for resource sharing; and take advantage of sailing; gather social resources and other strategies to obtain the school resources for the transformation and development.
