摘要
探讨大学生学习倦怠的原因并提出相应的解决策略。在微观权力理论的框架下,以B高校及学生为案例,通过对高校中学习倦怠大学生的自我发展权力、自我发展能力情况的分析来解释大学生学习倦怠的原因:长期的学习生涯中主体的自主发展权力得不到承认,受到限制;长期的学习生涯中主体的自我发展能力没有得到培养,存在缺失;对大学阶段的权力格局的转折无法适应导致学习倦怠。相应的解决策略为:家长和教师要转变观念,注重新生阶段的帮扶;对学习倦怠学生要重视团体性干预,营造学习氛围;强化大学生的责任意识,促使他们承担自我发展的责任。
This paper discusses the causes of burnout among college students and puts forward corresponding solutions. In the framework of the theory of micro power,with students in college B as a case,the paper explains the reason of college students’ learning burnout through analysis on their self development power and self development ability. The reasons are as follow: the independent development power of the main body in the long-term learning career is not recognized and restricted; the self-development ability of the subjects in the long-term learning career is not cultivated,and there is a lack of it; The transition of the power pattern in the university stage cannot adapt to the learning burnout. The corresponding solution strategies are: change the concept and pay attention to the help of freshmen; students should pay attention to the group’s intervention and create a learning atmosphere; strengthen the sense of responsibility of college students,and make them take responsibility for self-development.
