摘要
国内某厂1580热连轧机在轧制1.8mm薄规格带钢时,F2主传动系统发生剧烈振动现象,导致弧形齿接轴集油环连杆断裂;为了分析轧机振动特性,建立F2轧机主传动系统和轧机机架等零部件有限元模型,以节点耦合的方式模拟轧机内部各零部件之间的连接关系,进行有限元模态分析;计算结果与测试所得典型振动信号的优势频率对比分析可知,计算结果与测试结果较为相符,且下接轴自激振动阶段表现出明显的拍振特征,工作辊和机架等测点也具有扭矩自激振动阶段优势频率和拍振特征,为进一步分析轧机振动特性及原因提供有效参考。
Rack abnormal vibration appeared in the Finisher 2 main drive system of 1580 hot condemn rolling mill when producing the 1.8 mm strip in a domestic steel plant, and broke the connecting rod of the oil collecting box fixed on the cured tooth spindle; To analyse the vibration characteristic of rolling mill, the finite element model, insisting of main drive system and housing mill, was established. Then any two components will be connected by node coupling, and the modal analysis will be carried on. Finally, the results are compared with the typical frequency of vibration signal, and the two results are relatively consistent. Meanwhile, in case of the self- excited vibration, the obvious beat occurs on the down-spindle, particularly, not only the dominant frequency but also beat arise on the work roll and rack etc, which provides effective reference for the further analysis on the vibration characteristic and reasons of rolling mill.
