摘要
本文通过研究V法铸造的工艺特点,分析V法铸造实际生产过程中易产生的偏皮、裂纹、气孔缺陷产生的机理,从产品结构优化、工艺过程控制等措施,有效控制以上缺陷的发生,提高了产品合格率。V法造型方法与传统的造型方法有本质的不同,产品缺陷的种类和形成原因也与传统的造型方法不同,总结和研究V法产品缺陷形成原因对产品内在质量和外观质量的提高有重大意义。本文重点探讨偏皮、裂纹、气孔缺陷的形成原因及解决措施。
This paper studied the characteristics of V-casting process. The mechanism of thin wail, crack and hole defects produced were analyzed in the actual production process of V-casting. The optimization of the product structure and the control of the process effectively, the qualified rate of the product has been improved.
