干扰素-γ在肿瘤免疫中的双重作用 被引量:12

摘要 干扰素γ(interferon gamma,IFN-γ)为Ⅱ型干扰素,主要由活化的T细胞和自然杀伤(NK)细胞产生。因主要由抗原、丝裂原刺激免疫细胞产生故又称免疫干扰素。研究证明IFN-γ具有抑制几种肿瘤来源的细胞系生长(包括乳腺癌细胞)的能力,而且对乳腺癌皮肤复发患者进行病灶内注射IFN-γ可使皮肤损伤完全或部分消退[1]。由此可见,IFN-γ对多种肿瘤,尤其是乳腺癌的治疗有着积极的作用。
