非小细胞肺癌患者三维适形放疗所致放射性肺损伤的相关因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)是临床肺癌的常见类型,约占肺癌总病例数的80%~85%[1],无法手术的局部晚期NSCLC约占肺癌总数的40%[2],而放射治疗是局部治疗的重要手段。放射性肺损伤(radiation-inducedpneumontis,RP)作为胸部放射治疗的常见并发症,一旦发生往往不可逆,目前尚无十分有效的治疗方法。
