耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科细菌的耐药基因研究 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,随着碳青霉烯类药物的使用量增加,对碳青霉烯类抗生素敏感性降低甚至耐药的肠杆菌科细菌检出率呈持续上升趋势,出现了耐碳青霉烯肠杆菌科细菌(CRE)并且日益增多。肠杆菌科细菌对碳青霉烯类抗生素产生耐药的主要机制有:产碳青霉烯酶、膜孔蛋白缺失或改变合并产Amp C酶或高产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)以及外排泵[1]。
