特发性膜性肾病补体及补体攻膜复合物C5b-9的关联性分析 被引量：10

摘要 膜性肾病主要是以弥漫性肾小球基底膜增厚伴上皮细胞下免疫复合物沉积,引起足细胞受损为特征的一种肾小球疾病,在临床中较为多见[1]。按照病因和发病机制的不同,膜性肾病可以分为下列两种：继发性膜性肾病、特发性膜性肾病。在特发性膜性肾病的发生和发展中,足细胞自身抗原和特定抗体的结合引起的上皮下原位免疫复合物的产生发挥着至关重要的作用,而这一结合过程还会导致补体攻膜复合物C5b-9的出现,进而引起足细胞受损.
