高血压性脑出血CT检查的诊断价值及特点分析

CT diagnosis value and characteristics of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

目的分析高血压性脑出血CT检查的诊断价值及特点。方法选取金堂县土桥中心卫生院2015年6月—2017年2月收治的高血压性脑出血患者80例,均于术前接受CT检查诊断,分析其对患者疾病检出率、病变位置、出血量及病死率。结果 80例患者中,术前CT检查检出78例,检出率为97.50%,漏诊率为2.50%,病变部位:基底核区22例,脑叶19例,小脑18例,丘脑15例,脑干4例。出血量>50 ml者病死率高于出血量15~30 ml、31~50 ml(P<0.05)。结论 CT诊断高血压性脑出血的临床效果明显,可提示患者病变位置,并对出血量加以分析,可进一步预测患者病情及预后情况。

Objective To discuss the CT diagnosis value and characteristics of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected from June 2015 to February 2017 in Jintang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,all patients were given CT examination,the detection rate,bleeding site,the amount of bleeding and mortality rate werw analyzed. Results In 80 cases of patients,78 cases of patients were detected,the detection rate was 97. 50%,rate of missed diagnosis was 2. 50%,bleeding site：23 cases of basal ganglia,lobes in 20 cases,18 cases of cerebellum,15 cases of thalamus,4 cases of brainstem hemorrhage. The mortality rate of patients the amount of bleeding 〉 50 ml was higher than 15-30 ml,31-50 ml（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion CT diagnosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has an obviously clinical effect,it can suggest the location of the lesion,and the amount of bleeding to be analyzed,so as to reveal the patients’ condition and prognosis.
