Design and Development of Mobile APP for Intelligent Substation Operation and Maintenance

为了解决现有变电运行系统数据源较多,风险信息缺乏统一管控,任务过程监管不够全面,作业信息化水平低等问题,研究基于智能变电运维技术的移动运维应用平台成为当前的迫切需求。本文详细介绍了智能变电运维移动终端应用程序(以下简称智能变电运维APP)的设计思路和功能模块。通过开发智能变电运维APP,实现变电运维的智能化,达到提升工作效率、提高电网供电可靠性、提高电网服务质量的目的 ,推动移动网络技术在变电运维工作的创新性应用。

In order to solve the existing substation operation system data source is more, lack of risk information unified control task, process supervision work is not comprehensive enough, low information-based degree, the research of mobile operation platform of intelligent substation maintenance based on technology becomes an urgent demand. This paper introduces the design and function modules of the intelligent substation operation and maintenance mobile terminal application （hereinafter referred to as intelligent substation operation and maintenance APP）. Through the development of intelligent substation operation and maintenance of APP, the realization of intelligent substation operation and maintenance, improves work efficiency, improves the reliability of power supply, improves the network quality of service, to promote the application of innovative mobile network technology in the substation operation and maintenance work.
