This paper states the development process of the networked sub-device, the composition and function of the information. The big data based on sub-device and the network as the secondary system information platform of the substation are as the development direction and location of substation secondary system information platform. It gives a concrete realization of the program for the future of network sub-technology in the digital application model and provides a way of thinking.
