基于分时预售的售电公司运营策略

Operational Strategy of Electricity Company Based on Time of Pre-Sale

摘要 分散的中小用户是售电公司业务绩效的新增长点,也是售电公司销售获利的难点。考虑了中小用户用电的不稳定性与售电公司合同购电计划性间的矛盾,对电量进行分时预售,减小了中小用户的用电不确定性,并降低了售电公司风险及购电成本。同时利用返还电价,降低了售电公司违约风险,并提高了用户预售电量。以实际算例结果表明,所提出的运营策略有效降低了售电公司购售电风险及用户用电成本,证明了分时预售有利于售电公司开拓电力市场,增加用户粘性。 Decentralized small and medium-sized users is the sale of the company's business performance of the new growth point, it is the company's profitability of sales difficulties too. Taking into account the instability of small and medium-sized users and the sale of electricity companies contract power plan between the contradictions, the way of time of pre-sale reduces the uncertainty of small and medium-sized users' electricity usage, and also decreases the risk of electricity companies and the purchase of electricity costs. While using the return price reduces the default risk of the sale of electricity companies, and improves the users' pre-sale power. The results of practical examples show that the proposed operational strategy effectively reduces the costs of electricity purchasing and selling and the costs of electricity users. It proves that the time of pre-sale contributes to expanding electricity market and increasing the stickiness of users.
