摘要
电力系统全寿命周期成本包含电力设备或系统从设计到退役的整个期间需要的费用总和。本文考虑资金的时间价值,得到了基于全寿命周期成本理论下残旧设备更换、架空裸导线绝缘化改造、架空线路电缆化改造、架线路增设分段开关、加强设备抵御自然灾害措施、增设联络转供线路、电缆线路增设专用备供线路等多项可靠性提升措施的投资与效益计算方法 ,并以上海奉贤为例进行了可靠性改造项目的效益分析。结果表明线路改造的实施顺序依次为:增设分段开关和分支开关、更换绝缘导线、安装故障指示器、更换智能开关;通过分析结果 ,提出了有针对性的建议,为奉贤电网在供电可靠性管理方面提供了一些新的思路,有效提升经济效益和社会效益。
The total life cycle cost of the power system includes the total cost of the power equipment or system from design to decommissioning throughout the period. In this paper, considering the time value of capital, with the theory of life cycle cost, it gets the old equipment replacement, bare overhead conductor insulation transformation, overhead line cable line frame transformation, additional investment and benefit of switches, strengthen equipment measures against natural disasters, additional contact transfer lines and cable lines available for adding special line etc, a number of measures to enhance the reliability of the calculation method based on taking Shanghai Fengxian as an example of the reliability analysis of project benefits. The results show that the implementation order line transformation as follows: adding section switch and branch switch, replacing insulated wire, installation and replacement of intelligent fault indicator switch; through the analysis of the results, the paper puts forward some suggestions, provides some new ideas for Fengxian power grid in power supply reliability management, improves the economic benefit and social benefit.
