摘要
教师信念对师资队伍的专业化发展和教育质量的提升具有重要意义。文章采用Citespace软件,对国外特殊教育领域教师信念研究进行分析。结果发现,研究热点集中在学生信念、教育教学信念和教师角色信念三个方面。其中,学生信念包括教师对特殊学生的学业表现、学习能力和障碍因素等方面的信念;教育教学信念包括教师对学生教育安置、教学相关因素(课堂教学、教学评估和学科教学)等方面的信念,该热点的研究最为丰富;教师角色信念包括教师对自身教学能力、教学任务等方面的信念。结合国外已有研究和我国实际,文章最后对我国特殊教育领域教师信念研究与实践进行了反思。
Teachers' beliefs are of great significance to their professional development and the promotion of educational quality. This study,based on the Citespace software,analyzes the overseas research into teachers' beliefs in special education. The results show the following: The research topics focus on the beliefs about students,education and teaching,and teachers' roles. Among them,the beliefs about students include teachers' beliefs in special-needs students' academic performance,learning ability and obstacles;the beliefs about education and teaching,into which there are abundant researches,include teachers' beliefs in their students' educational placement,and teaching-related factors( classroom teaching,teaching evaluation and subject teaching); and teachers' beliefs about their roles include their beliefs in their teaching ability,teaching tasks and so on. In conclusion,the authors,based on overseas research and the actual situations in China,offer reflections on the future research into and practice of Chinese teachers' beliefs in special education.
