摘要
为探索自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童异常感觉反应及其对情绪行为的影响,使用一般资料问卷、简化版感觉特征问卷(SSP)和情绪行为问卷(SDQ),对262名ASD儿童进行测查。结果发现总体上有74.05%的ASD儿童存在感觉异常,68.32%的ASD儿童存在情绪行为异常。相关分析发现,ASD儿童的感觉异常与情绪行为问题显著相关,回归分析发现家庭养育环境和ASD儿童自身的感觉异常对情绪行为问题有显著的预测作用。研究结果表明ASD儿童普遍存在感觉异常与情绪行为问题,且二者之间有着密切联系,提示我们在教育和康复过程中应重视对儿童感觉异常的评估,并采取合理措施降低其不良影响。
This study aims to explore the abnormal sensory responses of children with ASD and their effect on these children's emotional behavior,by testing 262 children with ASD with the General Information Questionnaire,the Short Sensory Profile( SSP),and the Emotion/Behavior Questionnaire. The results show the following: On the whole,73. 9% of the children with ASD showed abnormal sensory responses,and 68. 2% of them exhibited emotional/behavioral problems; there were significant correlations between these children's abnormal sensory responses and their emotional/behavioral problems; and the family environment and these children's abnormal sensory responses could help significantly predict their emotional/behavioral problems. The results show that abnormal sensory responses and emotional/behavioral problems are closely related with each other,and are prevalent in children with ASD,and that it is important to highlight the evaluation of children's abnormal sensory responses during their education and rehabilitation,and take appropriate measures to reduce the adverse effects.
