阐述了北京海淀展览馆大跨度预应力管桁架安装技术,详细叙述了管桁架拼装、倒运、吊装等工序的施工方法,以及预应力施工的过程和步骤。在现场条件限制下,部分主桁架的倒运采用了轨道滑移方法。通过对钢索张拉过程的分析,确定了钢索张拉方法和整体安装顺序。

This paper expounds the installation technology of large span prestressed pipe truss in Haidian Beijing Exhibition Hall,describes the construction method of assembling,transportation,hoisting process of pipe truss,and the process and steps of prestress construction. Under field conditions limit,the transportation of the main truss is used by the rail sliding method. Through the analysis of the tensioning process,the tensioning method and the whole installation sequence are determined.
