摘要 无锡某宗教项目塔厅结构火灾后,转换层预应力梁无有效手段检测预应力损失,且塔厅建筑空间狭小,常规加大截面、包钢等加固措施无法满足建筑受力要求。通过有限元分析、BIM技术模拟,利用钢斜撑液压多级加载顶升加固、PLC液压同步控制等技术,有效解决了塔厅建筑转换层结构卸载、加固等难题。 After a fire in the tower hall of a religious project in Wuxi,the prestressed beam of the transfer layer has no effective means to detect the loss of prestress. The building space of the tower hall is small,and the reinforcement measures,such as the conventional enlargement section and the steel wrapped,which can not meet the requirements of the building force. Through finite element analysis and BIM technology simulation,the technology of steel diagonal braces,hydraulic multistage loading and jacking reinforcement and PLC hydraulic synchronous control technology is applied to effectively solve the problems,such as unloading and reinforcement of transfer layer structure in tower hall.
