振动与传统搅拌的水泥稳定碎石路用性能对比研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用传统拌合方式的水泥稳定碎石普遍存在强度偏低而且混合料拌合不均匀的问题。振动搅拌技术可以提高水泥稳定碎石拌合的均匀性,使水泥及细集料快速均匀分散并且能更好地包裹在粗集料周围,从而使水泥稳定碎石强度有很大提高。本研究对振动与传统拌合的水泥稳定碎石路用性能进行对比研究,研究内容包括:振动与传统搅拌的水泥稳定碎石的最大干密度和最佳含水量对比分析、无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度对比分析、现场取芯试样的无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度对比分析。研究结果表明:振动搅拌水泥稳定碎石的最大干密度比传统搅拌的最大干密度大,并且最佳含水量有所下降;振动搅拌的水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度和劈裂强度比传统搅拌的强度高。2种试件的抗压强度和劈裂强度试验表明:振动搅拌技术对水泥稳定碎石的路用性能提高有很大的作用。 The strength of cement-stabilized crushed stone is low by using traditional mixing method,and cement spreads around mixture unevenly. Vibratory mixing technology can improve the mixing uniformity of cement-stabilized crushed stone,which makes cement and fine aggregate quickly disperses around and better wrapped in coarse aggregate to make cement stable and increase mixture strength. This research conducts the comparative analysis on vibratory and traditional mixing of cement-stabilized crushed stone performance,the research content includes: comparative analysis on maximum dry density and optimum water content of cement-stabilized crushed stone based on vibratory and traditional mixing,so as to the unconfined compressive strength and split strength on the compressive strength and split strength based on indoor and site specimens. The research results show that the maximum dry density of vibratory mixing cement-stabilized crushed stone is larger than that of the traditional mixing,and the optimum water content decreases. The compressive strength and split strength of cement-stabilized crushed stone by using vibratory mixing method are higher than that of the traditional mixing method. The test results show that vibratory mixing technology has a very important role on improving the road performance of cementstabilized crushed stone.
