摘要
铁路路基加筋土挡土墙的工作性能主要受其结构形式和施工工艺的影响。改建铁路成都—昆明线首次采用了一种新型复合式面板包裹式加筋土挡土墙,面板由预制板和现浇混凝土板复合而成,包裹式加筋体中预埋连接锚杆,预制板与包裹式加筋体通过连接锚杆、钢筋网、现浇混凝土连接为整体。因缺乏相关施工经验,通过开展现场试验研究其施工工艺,确定施工关键技术,保证工程施工质量。
The working performance of reinforced earth retaining wall of railway subgrade is mainly affected by its structure and construction technology. A new type of composite panel wrapped reinforced earth retaining wall is used for the first time in reconstructed railway Chengdu to Kunming line,and its panel is made of prefabricated concrete slabs and post-pouring concrete slab. Prefabricated slabs and wrapped reinforced soil are connected as a whole by the connecting bolts embedded in the reinforced soil,rebar mesh,and post-pouring concrete. Due to the lack of relevant construction experience,the field test is carried out to study the construction technology,and determine the key technology. All these works ensure the construction quality of the project.
