摘要 目的 研究实时质量反馈系统对心肺复苏(CPR)质量的影响。方法 采用对照研究方法, 选取197名研究生利用高级复苏模型前后进行两组心肺复苏测试,1组为普通操作,2组在质量反馈系统实时反馈下操作,每组模拟复苏2 min 5个循环, 监测者均使用心肺复苏反馈系统观察并记录每位操作者胸外心脏按压平均深度 (cm,分别记录5个循环中的第1、5个循环)及胸廓回弹速率 (chest compression release velocity,CCRV,mm/s)分别记录第1、2分钟并进行数据统计分析。结果 两组的循环1按压深度分别为 (5.49±0.05)cm vs.(5.42±0.03)cm;循环5按压深度分别为 (5.28±0.06)cm vs.(5.38±0.03)cm;第1分钟回弹速率分别为 (428.50±5.48)mm/s vs.(408.10±4.08)mm/s;第2分钟回弹速率分别为 (394.00±5.62)mm/s vs.(389.20±3.83)mm/s, 差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。两组的循环5较循环1按压深度下降为(0.21±0.04)cm vs.(0.04±0.03)cm,第2分钟较第1分钟回弹速率降低为(34.29±3.14)mm/s vs.(18.83±2.53)mm/s,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论 使用质量反馈系统在心肺复苏过程中进行实时反馈,不能消除胸外按压质量随时间延长而出现的下降,但可以减缓下降程度。 Objective To study the effect of real -time feedback system on the quality of chest compression. Methods Using the method of control study, 197 graduate students operated CPR on a resuscitation manikin for two times under the monitoring of CPR quality monitoring system. Every time they must complete 5 cycles(30:2) for about 2 rains. The first time they were back to computer monitors and the second time they were facing to the monitor so that they could justify their operating during the CPR course according to the feedback data. The chest compression average depth (cm) for Cycle 1 and Cycle 5 and chest compression release velocity(CCRV) (mm/s) were collected for the 1st minute and 2nd minute and then analyzed. Results Mean compression depth of Cycle 1 respectively was (5.49 ± 0.05 ) cm vs. (5.42 ±0.03)cm between two times and Cycle 5 was (5.28 ±0.06)cm vs. (5.38 ±0.03)cm. The mean CCRV respectively was (428.50 ± 5.48) mm/s vs. (408. 10 ± 4.08 ) mm/s in the first minute and (394.00 ± 5.62) mm,/s vs. (389.20 ± 3.83) mm/s in the second minute between two times. There were no significant differences. The reduction of depth was (0.21 ± 0. 04) cm vs. (0.04 ± 0.03 ) cm. The reduction of CCRV was (34. 29 ± 3. 14) mm/s vs. ( 18.83 ± 2. 53 ) mm/s. There were significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion CPR real -time feedback system can't stop the decline of the quality of chest compression during the 2 minutes operating but can effectively slower the rate of quality reduction.
