摘要
基于国家规划在2030年建成达到发达国家水平的立体化救援体系的健康事业发展远景目标，本文对美国、德国、日本及俄罗斯四个国家建设空中救援体系的发展历程、建设规模、运行机制、保障体系、救援设施设备、人员配置及医疗后送系统等情况进行比较，通过与我国空中医疗急救方面的建设情况进行对照，为我国构建和发展空中医疗急救事业提供参考。
On account of the national plan to build three - dimensional rescue system to reach the level of the developed countries of the health development in 2030, the construction process, construction scale, operation system, security system, rescue equipment, personnel allocation and medical evacuation system of air rescue system in USA, Germany, Japan and Russia were compared, and by contrast with China＇s air emergency medical status quo of construction, the paper did to provide some reference for Chinese construction and development of air medical emergency system.
