摘要 基于ISSR对46份芦笋种质资源进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:21条引物共扩增出多态性条带227条,平均多态位点比率为82.01%,基因多样性指数(H)为0.243,Shannon信息指数(I)为0.377。遗传相似性系数介于0.60~0.97之间,种质间遗传多样性较为丰富。基于ISSR的聚类分析,将46份芦笋种质分为Pacific Challenger 2、A和B共3大类;而A类又分为purple passion、pacific purple和A1等3个亚类,A1种质是由主要来源于Walker Seed、Limseed、新西兰、加拿大和江西而形成一个紧凑的亚类。同样地,B类也分为Jingpurple No.2、NJ1189、Pacific2000和B1共4个亚类,B1种质主要来源于江西、山东、北京、荷兰、美国和意大利。此结果将促进芦笋种质的优化运用,为芦笋遗传改良提供理论基础。 An evaluation of the genetic diversity of 46 asparagus accessions was carried out based on inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)markers. The results showed that 21 ISSR primers produced 227 polymorphic bands across the 46 accessions. The values of polymorphie loci percentage, h and I was 82.01%, 0.243 and 0.377, respectively. A cluster analysis was performed based on genetic similarity coefficients (GSCs) which ranged between 0.60 and 0.97 across the 46 accessions. The GSC results showed that abundant genetic diversity existed in the 46 accessions. There were 100 pairs germplasms with relatively strong heterosis. Based on the ISSR cluster analysis, the 46 asparagus accessions were clustered into Pacific Challenger 2, A and B Group A was consisted of Purple passion, Pacific purple and A1 which forming a compact group. And group B was comprised Jingpurple No.2, NJl189, Pacific 2000 and B1. Group A1 was from Walker Seed, Limseed, New Zealand~ Canada and ]iangxi, whereas group B1 Was from Jiangxi, Shandong, Beijing, Netherlands, America and Italy. The results would facilitate the optimal application of asparagus germplasm resources and provide an additional data for genetic improvement.
