摘要
通过对海南种植的垂柳上发生的茎腐病病原菌进行形态学特征鉴定、ITS序列分析和致病性测定,确认引起海南垂柳茎腐病的病原菌为硬毛粗毛盖孔菌[Funalia trogii(Berk.)Bondartsev&Singer]。生物学特性测定结果显示,光照可以抑制菌丝生长,菌丝生长的最适温度为34℃,最适p H值为6.0,可溶性淀粉和酵母浸膏为最佳碳源和氮源。
Identification and biological characteristics of the pathogen from the white rot disease in willow was reported in this study. The fungus was isolated from an infected willow in Hainan Province. According to the observtion of the basidiocarp of the pathogen morphology and microstructure, the pathogen was identified as Funalia trogii (Berk.) Bondartsev & Singe. Biological characteristics tests showed that light could inhibit the growth of mycehum and 34 ℃, pH 6, soluble starchand veast extract were the ontimum zrowth conditions for mvcelia.
