下颌后牙区两种表面种植体种植术后稳定系数观察 被引量:2

Observation of implant stability quotient after dental implantation with two different implants placed in mandibular posterior region

摘要 目的应用共振频率分析仪Osstell ISQ监测下颌后牙区大颗粒喷砂酸蚀(SLA)表面种植体和亲水性大颗粒喷砂酸蚀(SLActive)表面种植体种植术后稳定系数(ISQ)的变化,评价SLActive表面种植体的临床效果。方法 2016年5月至2017年5月在中山市人民医院口腔分院就诊的需种植修复下颌后牙区缺牙患者35例,植入25颗SLA种植体(SLA组)和25颗SLActive种植体(SLActive组),对比测量术后即刻、4周、8周、10周种植体的ISQ值。结果所有种植体均获得了成功,在术后即刻、4周、8周、10周时SLA组和SLActive组种植体的ISQ均值分别为(77.44±3.124)、(74.00±3.291)、(77.48±2.365)、(78.72±2.319)和(77.32±3.761)、(77.44±2.785)、(78.60±2.398)、(79.56±2.364),两组比较,ISQ均值在第4周时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余观察时间点差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术后第4周ISQ均值SLActive表面种植体较SLA表面种植体高,SLActive表面种植体更有利于促进早期骨结合。 Objective To monitor the changes of implant stability quotient(ISQ) after dental implantation with Sand-blasted Large grift Acid-etched(SLA) implants and chemically-modified hydrophilic(SLActive) implants placed in mandible posterior region by resonance frequency analysis(RFA) Osstell ISQ, and to evaluate the clinical effects of SLActive surface implants. Methods Thirty-five patients with missing teeth in the mandibular posterior region from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected in the Stomatology Branch Hospital of Zhongshan People's Hospital. Totally of 25 SLA implants(SLA group) and 25 SLActive implants(SLActive group) were placed. ISQ value was tested on the day of surgery and consecutively at 4, 8, and 10 weeks. Results All implantations were successful. The ISQ value on the day of surgery and consecutively at 4, 8, and 10 weeks of SLA group and SLActive group were respectively(77.44±3.124),(74.00±3.291),(77.48±2.365),(78.72±2.319) and(77.32±3.761),(77.44±2.785),(78.60±2.398),(79.56±2.364). There was significant difference in the mean value of ISQ between the two groups at the 4 thweek(P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference at other time points(P〉0.05). Conclusion Mean ISQ values of SLActive implants are higher than those of SLA implants at the 4 thweek after operation, which is more helpful to promote early bone bonding.
