本文阐述了科技资源共享的时代要求,分析了目前科技资源工作机制上所存在的问题,重点探讨了实现科技资源共享工作机制的途径。为促进科技资源共享工作的有效实施,还应从工作机制上采取有力的措施,进一步落实科技资源共享的各项任务,明确提出了科技资源共享平台的运行机制。

This paper expounds the time requirement of technology resource sharing, analyzes the existing problems in the working mechanism of science and technology resources, and probes into the ways to realize the sharing mechanism of science and technology resources. In order to promote the effective implementation of the sharing resources of science and technology work, also should take powerful measures on the work mechanism, further to carry out the technical re- sources sharing of various tasks, clearly put forward the operating mechanism of sharing platform of science and technol- ogy resources.
