在研究现有指标体系和对大理市传统村落进行实地调研的基础上,针对大理市传统村落价值共性和价值个性,调整了现有评价体系中的评价因子,增加了地域性、类型性评价因子,以确保评价因子在涵盖传统村落普遍价值的同时突出村落的"个性",即核心价值,旨在为构建大理市传统村落价值评价指标体系和开展传统村落类型划分研究打下基础。

At the same time, regional and type evaluation factors were addedto ensure that the evaluation factor can cover the universal value of traditional villages and highlight the ＂personality＂ of the village, that is, the core value. The purpose is to lay the foundation for the construction of Dali traditional village value evaluation index system and carry out the traditional village classification research.
