摘要
条件价值评估法(contingent valuation method,CVM)是一种通过假想市场来进行生态系统服务评估和环境物品价值评估的方法,其对地方经济决策有着重要影响。本文以西安曲江遗址公园为例,利用CVM进行城市绿地的生态价值量研究。依据西安城市2010人口数据进行评估,结果显示曲江遗址公园在改善生态环境的同时,其每年的生态价值量大约为5608万元,其对今后西安市生态城市建设过程中经济决策具有一定的指导意义。
Contingent valuation method（CVM）is a method of evaluating ecosystem services and environmental goods through hypothetical markets and it has an important impact on local economic decision-making.Taking Xi＇an Qujiang Heritage Park as an example,this paper uses CVM to study the ecological value of urban green space.Based on the data of Xi＇an city in 2010,the results show that the ecological value of QujiangHeritage Park is about 56.08 million yuan each year while improving the ecological environment,which is of guiding significance to the economic decision-making in the process of eco-city construction in Xi＇an in the future.
