摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定土壤、沉积物中测定沸点在175℃~525℃范围内的烃类,包括C_(10)H_(22)~C_(40)H_(82)的正构烷烃以及异构烷烃、环烷烃、烷基苯、烷基萘和多环芳烃。当取样量为20.0g时,土壤中可萃取石油烃的方法检出限为2.750 mg/kg,测定下限为8.26 mg/kg。曲线方程为y=45.556x,相关系数为0.9970,加标回收率高相对标准偏差为0.2。
A gas chromatographic is established for the determination of hydrocarbons in the soil and sediments with boiling points in the range of 175-525 ℃,including normal alkanes of C10H22-C40H82andisomerization alkane,cyclanes and alkyl benzenes,alkyl naphthalene and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.When the sample size is 20.0 g,the method of extracting petroleum hydrocarbon in soil is 2.750 mg/kg and the lower limit is 8.26 mg/kg.The curve equation is y=45.556 x;the correlation coefficient is 0.9970 and the standard deviation of high standard deviation is0.2.
