餐厨垃圾废水制备液态固氮菌肥的培养特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用餐厨垃圾废水进行液态固氮菌肥制备,以圆褐固氮菌为实验菌种,考察餐厨垃圾在不同湿热预处理条件下,固氮菌在餐厨垃圾废水中的生长情况及废水水质变化规律。研究发现,湿热预处理对固氮菌的生长具有显著的促进作用。在固氮菌的培养过程中,餐厨垃圾废水中SCOD和还原糖的去除率分别从71.8%和56.1%提高到74.5%~84.9%和63.6%~79.5%,表明湿热处理能够促进固氮菌对SCOD、还原糖的利用效果。在培养过程中,氨氮先有所升高后有降低趋势,pH值先降低,而后随着培养时间的延长有所升高,基本维持在5.71~6.06之间。 The preparation of liquid bacterial fertilizer of nitrogen-fixing bacteria was made by the use offood wasterecyclingwater.The nitrogen-fixing bacteria were used as the experimental bacteria to investigate the growth and wastewater of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in food waste-recyclingwater under different conditions of moist heat pretreatment.The study found that the preheat-moisture treatment has a significant effect on the growth of nitrogenfixing bacteriain the food waste-recyclingwater.During the cultivation of nitrogen-fixing bacteria,the removal rates of SCOD and reducing sugars increased from 71.8% and 56.1%to 74.5%-84.9% and 63.6%-79.5%,indicating that preheat-moisture treatment could promote the utilization of SCOD and reducing sugar by nitrogenfixing bacteriain the food waste-recyclingwater.During the cultivation of nitrogen-fixing bacteria,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen increased first and then decreased.And the pH decreased first then increased with the extension of the culture time,which basically maintained at 5.71-6.06.
