指出了旅游业是由多重行业所构成的综合性的系统产业。国际普遍认同的旅游功能系统框架包含支持系统、供给系统、需求系统和管理系统4个方面。人们逐渐意识到保护环境和节约能源的重要性,其消费方式逐渐追求低碳化,低碳旅游应运而生。低碳旅游是一种可持续发展的新兴旅游方式,不仅满足了人们追求与自然和谐相处的观念,也满足了人们渴望享受生活的心理需求。提出了要想实现低碳旅游及其相关产业的飞跃式发展,必须树立全局观念,建立系统化、理论化的产业发展观念。

Tourism is a comprehensive and systematic industry composed of multiple industries.The internationally recognized framework of tourism function system includes four aspects：support system,supply system,demand system and management system.People gradually realize the importance of protecting the environment and saving energy.Their consumption mode is gradually seeking low carbonand low-carbon tourism has emerged.Low carbon tourism is a new tourism way of sustainable development,which not only satisfies people＇s pursuit of harmony with nature,but also meets the psychological needs of people＇s desire to enjoy life.If we want to realize the leaping development of low-carbon tourism and its related industries,we must set up aglobal concept and establish a systematic and theoretical concept of industrial development.
