S-掺杂微孔活性炭的制备及其吸附性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以含S聚合物(聚4-苯乙烯磺酸钠)为前驱体,氯化锌(ZnCl_2)为活化剂,通过控制活化时间、活化温度等条件制备出一系列S-掺杂活性炭,并对其进行表征和吸附性能测定。结果表明:活性炭具有微孔结构,其孔径主要尺寸在2nm以下,活性炭的比表面积在625~880m^2/g;适宜的活化条件为:活化剂ZnCl_2浓度为1.00mol/L,活化时间为60min,活化温度为800℃,制得的S-掺杂活性炭的比表面积达到880m^2/g,孔体积达到0.644cm^3/g,高压下,对二氧化碳(CO_2)和甲烷(CH_4)表现出较高的吸附性能。 The sulfur-doped microporous carbon(SMC) was prepared by using s-containing poly(sodium 4- styrenesulfonate) as the precursor, and zinc chloride (ZnCl2)as the activating agent. The influence of activation time, activation temperature and activating agent concentration on the carbon property were investigated. The samples were most of pores which smaller than 2.0nm, its specific surface area was from 625m^2/g to 880m^2/g. The optimized parameters were at ZnCl2 concentration of 1.00mol/L, activation time of 60min and activation temperature of 800℃. CSZ3 showed a high adsorption capacity of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) at high pressure.
