森林生态系统服务价值评估方法研究综述及展望

A review and perspectives on the methods for evaluation of forest ecosystem service values

科学的森林生态系统服务价值评估方法有利于精确核算森林生态资产的价值,界定森林资产的权属关系、实现森林资源资产化和森林资产资本化的运作管理模式。文中在界定森林生态系统服务概念的基础上,系统综述森林生态系统服务价值评估方法,包括物质量评估法、价值量评估法、能值分析法和生态模型法,并对这些方法的约束条件、使用边界和优缺点进行阐述比较。在此基础上指出未来相关研究应该更加侧重于跨学科、多种方法相结合、从中小尺度精细化评估森林生态系统服务价值,以提高政策管理的有效性。

The scientific method for evaluation of forest ecosystem service values is helpful to define the tenure of forest assets and achieve an effective forest resource management model.This research reviewed the methods of assessing the value of forest ecosystem services,including material quality assessment,value assessment,emergy analysis and ecological model,based on the definition of forest ecosystem services and the concept of forest ecosystem service value.Then we elaborated on the constraints of these methods,used boundaries and advantages and disadvantages to illustrate the comparison.On that basis,it was pointed out that future research should focus more on interdisciplinary,multi-disciplinary methods and assess the value of forest ecosystem services from small scale to improve the effectiveness of policy management.
