摘要
农村幼儿教师继续教育质量关乎农村幼儿教师专业发展效果,进而影响整个农村幼儿教育事业的发展水平。构建农村幼儿教师继续教育模式意味着农村幼儿教师培训工作从五个方面开展模式建构:一是以培养"反映的实践者"为继续教育目标;二是以需求为导向构建继续教育内容;三是继续教育方法以案例法为主;四是搭建继续教育主体联盟,建立农村区域幼儿教师继续教育服务区;五是继续教育评价引入"档案袋评价"范式。
The quality of rural kindergarten teachers' further education is associated with effect of its prefessional development. And then it affects the developmental level of the whole rural kindergarten education. The training for rural kindergarten teachers will be developed in five aspects. The first aspect is taking cultivate the "reflective practitioner" as its further education goal when the second aspect is taking demand as guidance to construct the further education content. Third, we should take the case method as the main method to farther education. Fourth, we should construct the subjects' alliance of further education and the service area for rural kindergarten teachers' further education. Fifth, we should introduce the paradigm of portfolio assessment to further education.
