新时代高校思政课教师继续教育现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Ideological and Political Teachers' Continuing Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

2018年《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》对教师继续教育提出了新要求,也为思政课教师的继续教育指明新方向和创新的新源泉。因此,文章在基于高校思政课教师继续教育现状分析的基础上,依据文件精神,紧紧把握政治方向,将文件精神融入继续教育全过程中,提出立德树人,强化继续教育德育功能;融合情景教育教学,构建"逆序创新"教育模式等对策,以解决新时代高校思政课教师继续教育所存在的问题。

According to the new opinion on the reform of teachers＇ team building in the new era, which is a new requirement for teachers＇ Continuing Education in 2018, we should point out a new direction and a new source of innovation for the continuing education of Ideological and political teachers. Therefore, the study on Teachers＇ Continuing Education based on the analysis of the present situa- tion of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and Universities based on the basis of the spirit of the document, firmly grasp the political direction and put the spirit of the document into the continuing education in the whole process. It puts forward to strengthen the continuing education of moral education, moral education function and fusion scene teaching. It also makes construction of ＂reverse innovation＂ mode of education and so on in order to solve the existing problems of teachers＇ Continuing Education of Ideological and political education of university in new era.
