基于“异类相制”理论探讨雷公藤的复方配伍减毒

Toxicity Attenuation of the Compound Prescription of Leigongteng(Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook. f.) Based on the Theory of “Heterogeneous Restriction”

雷公藤作为疗效确切的免疫抑制剂常用于治疗多种风湿免疫病,但也是不良反应报道最多的中药之一。在传统中药配伍原则基础上提出"异类相制"理论,即有毒中药通过与不同性味、不同功效中药的合理配伍,以调其偏性、制其毒性,既能减轻或消除毒性,又可全面兼顾病情、增强药效。基于"异类相制"理论开展的系列研究,在奠定临床实践基础的同时探讨雷公藤复方配伍减毒的现代生物学机制,深层诠释"异类相制"理论的科学内涵,为雷公藤类有毒中药的临床安全合理应用提供思路。

Leigongteng [Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook. f.（TWHF） ],as an effective immunosuppressive agent,is most commonly used in the treatment of various rheumatic immune diseases,but also is one of the herbs with most reported adverse reactions. The author put forward the theory of ＂heterogeneous restriction＂based on the traditional Chinese medicine compatibility principle,which is that the toxicity of toxic herbs can be reduced or removed by regulating and restraining the toxicity through compatibility with Chinese herbs with different properties,flavors and actions. Based on a series of studies on＂heterogeneous restriction＂theory,the modern biological mechanism of detoxicity effect of the compound prescription of TWHF was explored on the basis of clinical practice,and the scientific connotation of ＂heterogeneous restriction＂theory was deeply interpreted,providing ideas for the clinical safe and rational application of toxic Chinese herbs such as TWHF.
