对患者报告结局用于类风湿关节炎中医临床疗效评价的思考

Thinking on Application of Patient Reported Outcome in Chinese Medicine Clinical Efficacy Evaluation of Rheumatoid Arthritis

回顾类风湿关节炎(RA)中医临床疗效评价的历史及演变情况,分析RA中医临床疗效评价方法研究现状及存在问题。认为患者报告结局(PRO)与中医"以人为本"理念及诊疗模式不谋而合,将PRO应用于RA中医临床疗效评价体系,立足于中医药整体观和辨证论治两大基本特点,有利于全面综合地反映中医药在干预RA各个阶段的动态变化特色和优势。提出RA的中医临床疗效评价体系的构建应结合中医问诊内容,运用科学严谨的方法制定规范、量化的PRO量表,为RA中医疗效评价提供创新、科学的方法。

This article reviewed the history and transformation of the evaluation methods of Chinese medicine clinical efficacy in treating rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Both the research status of evaluation methodology on Chinese medicine clinical efficacy of RA and the existing problems were analyzed. It was thought that patient reported outcome（PRO） held the same view on the idea of＂people oriented＂and the model of diagnosis and treatment. On the premise of Chinese medicine holistic view and syndrome differentiation and treatment,the application of PRO in the evaluation system of Chinese medicine clinical efficacy of RA would comprehensively reflect the characteristics and advantage of dynamic changes of Chinese medicine in the intervention of RA. It was proposed that the construction of a standard and measurable PRO scale based on Chinese medicine inspection would provide an innovative and scientific method for the evaluation system of Chinese medicine clinical efficacy of RA.
