从“血-脉-心-神”一体观论治冠心病合并糖尿病

Concept of Co-regulating of Blood-vessel-heart-spirit in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Combined with Diabetes Mellitus

基于疾病发生发展的特点,提出从"血-脉-心-神"一体观论治冠心病合并糖尿病。阐释血脉、心之本体、神与冠心病合并糖尿病的关系,以精气、藏象、五脏神学说为支点,强调将人体结构与功能、局部与整体、健康与心理有机结合,以期为实现个体化治疗、分阶段治疗冠心病合并糖尿病提供了新的思路。

Based on the pathological characteristics of the disease,Professor ZHANG Junping put forward new ideas for treatment of coronary heart disease combined with type 2 diabetes mellitus with the cognition of co-regulating the ＂blood-vessel-heart-spirit＂. This theory elaborates the relations between blood vessel,heart,spirit and coronary heart disease combined with diabetes. Taking essential Qi,visceral manifestation,five zang viscera spirit theory as pivot,organic combination of human body＇s structure and function,local and whole part,health and psychology was emphasized,expecting to provide new ideas for individualized and phased treatment of coronary heart disease combined with diabetes.
