基于科学引文索引的2008—2017年中医药论文发表及国际合作团队分析

Analysis of Chinese Medicine Paper Publication and International Cooperation Team from 2008 to 2017:Based on Science Citation Index Expanded

目的分析国际中医药论文发表及国际中医药合作团队现状。方法以SCIE数据库为数据来源,对2008年1月1日至2017年9月30日发表的中医相关研究型论文(article)和综述类(review)文献进行检索。应用频次分析、共现矩阵分析、自相关关系分析、互相关关系分析等方法从发文国家与地区、机构、期刊等角度分别对论文总量、合作团队进行统计。结果共检索文献26254篇。中国大陆发文量以16837篇总量远远高于其他国家/地区,其次为中国台湾1832篇、美国1817篇、韩国1238篇、英国552篇、德国498篇、日本458篇、澳大利亚450篇、巴西271篇和加拿大206篇。2008—2017年收录中医药相关论文的期刊共2755种,其中发表中医药相关论文50篇以上的期刊有75种,均与补充替代医学有不同程度的联系。合作团队方面,较大的合作团队有以德国、英国、丹麦、意大利和挪威为中心的欧洲团队,以及泰国、菲律宾、新加坡、马来西亚、印度尼西亚等东南亚国家的合作团队。中国大陆与其他国家/地区合作相对不足。结论中国大陆中医药论文发文总数占有绝对优势,但是与世界其他国家/地区合作不足。

Objective To analyze the status of international publication of Chinese medicine papers and international TCM cooperation team. Methods The Science Citation Index Expanded（SCIE） database was used as the data source to retrieve Chinese medicine related research articles and reviews published from January 1,2008 to September 30,2017. Frequency analysis,co-occurrence matrix analysis,autocorrelation analysis,cross-correlation analysis,and other methods were applied to do statistics of the total number of papers and cooperation teams from the perspective of the publishing countries and regions,institutions,and journals. Results A total of 26 254 articles were retrieved. The total 16 837 articles published in China's Mainland exceeded the number of other countries and regions,followed by 1832 in Taiwan,China,1817 in the United States,1238 in Republic of Korea,552 in Britain,498 in Germany,458 in Japan,450 in Australia,271 in Brazil and 206 in Canada. In 2008—2017,totally 2755 journals published Chinese medicine related papers,of which 75 journals published over 50 Chinese medicine related papers,and they all had relations with complementary alternative medicine to some degrees. In terms of cooperation teams,the larger cooperation teams include the European team with Germany,the United Kingdom,Denmark,Italy and Norway as the center,and the cooperation teams of Southeast Asian countries of Thailand,the Philippines,Singapore,Malaysia and Indonesia. The cooperation of China's Mainland was relatively inadequate with other countries and regions. Conclusion The total number of Chinese medicine papers published in China's Mainland occupies absolute superiority,but there is insufficient cooperation with other countries and regions in the world.
