摘要
烟囱效应会导致超高层建筑内部的电梯门无法正常开关。应用CONTAMW软件对超高层建筑烟囱效应进行了模拟,对如何模拟超高层建筑的内部构件提出了简化原则。并以某栋超高层建筑为例,详细讨论了建筑构件的渗透特性、室内外温差、内部隔断设置等多个关键因素对电梯门两侧热压差的影响,指出提高围护结构的气密性等级、设置内部隔断及对电梯进行分段处理是解决烟囱效应问题的最有效手段。
The chimney effect causes elevator doors inside the high-rise buildings to fail to open and close. The CONTAMW software was used to simulate the chimney effect of super high-rise buildings,and simplified principles were proposed for how to simulate the internal components of super high-rise buildings. Taking a super high-rise building as an example,the influences of many key factors such as the infiltration property of the building components,the temperature difference between the interior and exterior,and the internal partition setting on the thermal pressure difference between the two sides of the elevator door were discussed in detail. It is the most effective way to solve the chimney effect problem by improving the air tightness grade of the enclosure structure,setting up the internal partition and subsection treatment of the elevator.
