北京新机场聚乙烯缠绕壁管变形率工程检测方法研究

摘要 根据北京新机场工程质量检测实际需要,针对管径小于800mm的聚乙烯缠绕结构壁管(B型)施工回填变形率工程检测方法不足的行业现状,提出了一种红外线测距仪、剪刀型检测尺和变形检测球相结合的检测方法,并对测量尺和检测球进行了进一步设计,通过行业专家论证,满足相关规范测量要求,得到政府质量监督部门认可,且应用于北京新机场工程质量检测中,效果显著,具有操作简便、适用性强的特点。 According to quality inspection need of Beijing's new airport project, this paper pro-pose a compound method to detect backfilling deformation rate of polyethylene twisted structure wall tube (B type) which diameter was less than 800 mm, using infrared range finder, scissors type measuring ruler and deformation detection ball. Measuring ruler and measuring ball tool were designed. The method was proved by industry experts meeting requirements of relevant specification, and got approval of government quality supervision department. The application results in Beijing' s new airport project show that method has characteristics of simple operation and strong applica bility, has certain reference significance for similar projects.
