Analysis of Lower Limbs Deformation Beneath Medical Stockings of Different Pressure Levels

为探究不同压力等级下医疗袜对腿部共偶变形的影响,测量不同压力等级医疗袜的多个姿势中腿部各截面的共偶变形。结果表明:相比较1级压力医疗袜,2级和3级压力医疗袜对中腿部分的共偶变形作用大;在足底用力的情况下(微蹲、自然站立、踮脚站立),足与小腿间的角度为90°时,踝骨围最大;双脚均着地(自然站立、微蹲、正坐)时,膝围大小与大腿和小腿夹角呈负相关,夹角越小,膝围越大。研究结果可为产品设计师和医师在开发和临床应用医疗袜方面提供参考。

To explore how medical stockings affect the deformation of lower limbs at different pressure levels,the different cross-sectional deformation of lower limbs beneath the medical stockings of different pressure levels in varied body postures is tested.The results show that compared to pressure level 1 of medical stockings,the deformation of mid-thigh from the pressure level 2 and 3 ones are more obvious.When the planta is under pressure,the ankle circumference reaches its maximum as the angle between feet and calf is 90°.The size of knee circumference is inversely associated with the angle between thigh and calf,and the lower the angle,the larger the knee circumference,especially when tested in the lying position with the knee flexed.The research result can provide the information about development and clinical application of medical stockings for both product designers and doctors.
