锐钛矿TiO_2纳米球的低温微波法制备及其光催化性能

摘要 以六氟钛酸铵为钛源和硼酸为硼源,在低温(<100℃)开放体系中,通过微波辅助法制备了花形TiO_2纳米球。同时,当钛源浓度较低(c((NH_4)_2TiF_6)=1.5×10^(-3) mol/L)时,也能在较短加热时间内(15min)制备得到结晶度较好的锐钛矿相TiO_2。以罗丹明B为降解目标,探讨了不同微波加热时间下制备的TiO_2纳米球的紫外光催化性能。结果表明,采用该方法制备的TiO_2纳米球在紫外光下具有很好的光催化性能,且均优于商品化P25-TiO_2。 A flower-shaped TiO2 nanosphere was prepared with(NH4)2TiF6 and H3BO3 at low temperature(〈100 ℃)by microwave-assisted method in open system.The anatase TiO2 with good crystallinity could also be prepared even at low concentration of(NH4)2TiF6(1.5×10-3 mol/L)and short heating time(15 min)with the microwave-assisted method.The photocatalytic properties of anatase TiO2 prepared at different time were evaluated by degrading rhodamine B(RhB).The results reveal that the prepared TiO2 nanospheres exhibit good photocatalytic activities under ultraviolet light and are better than commercialized P25-TiO2 .
