摘要
为进一步提高β-硅酸钙(β-CaSiO_3)的抗菌活性,在通过油水界面法合成纳米β-CaSiO_3的基础上,结合氧化还原法引入红色纳米硒(Se),制备出纳米β-硅酸钙/硒(β-CaSiO_3/Se)复合物。采用X射线电子能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)对β-CaSiO_3/Se的成分和物相进行表征,进一步采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察样品微观形貌。选用大肠杆菌(E.coli)和金黄色葡萄球菌(S.aureus)测试纳米β-CaSiO_3和β-CaSiO_3/Se的抗菌性能。结果表明,本方法成功制得纳米β-CaSiO_3/Se复合物,其中纳米Se晶型为六方晶型。体外抗菌测试表明,纳米β-CaSiO_3/Se对E.coli和S.aureus均具有优良的抗菌性能。纳米β-CaSiO_3/Se与E.coli和S.aureus接触培养24h的抑菌率分别达到(92±4)%和(95±4)%。纳米β-CaSiO_3/Se有望作为新型多功效生物材料在生物医学领域获得应用。
Aimed to improve the antimicrobial activity ofβ-CaSiO3,nano-β-CaSiO3/Se compound was prepared by introducing red nano-Se with oxidation-reduction method,based on the synthesis of nano-β-CaSiO3 with oil-water interface method.The composition and phase of the nano-β-CaSiO3/Se were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(EDS)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the morphology of samples was observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Escherichia coli(E.coli)and Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)were used to test the antibacterial property of nano-β-CaSiO3 and nano-β-CaSiO3/Se.Experimental results show that nano-Se is successfully supported on nano-β-CaSiO3 with the crystal shape of hexagonal lattice.In addition,nano-β-CaSiO3/Se has excellent antibacterial properties to E.coli and S.aureus with the antibacterial rates of(92±4)%and(95±4)%,respectively.Nano-β-CaSiO3/Se is expected to be a new multi-functional biomaterial in the field of biomedical applications.
