摘要 国际文凭项目1968年在日内瓦建立。近年来,澳大利亚的国际教育项目发展迅速,现已成为世界上第五大提供国际文凭课程的教育市场。通过比较国际文凭教育项目同澳大利亚官方发布的国家课程改革文件"墨尔本宣言"、"澳大利亚国家课程标准"以及"澳大利亚学历资格框架"中的相关政策文本,可以看出国际文凭课程同澳大利亚国家课程规定之间既有融合性,又存在各自的独立性。国际文凭项目在澳大利亚的成功与澳大利亚的教育理念与发展需求有必然的联系,其对我国基础教育课程改革具有重要的启示。 Since its establishment in Geneva in 1968, the IB program has gone through almost 50 years. Australia's international education program has grown rapidly and is now the world's fifth largest education market offering IB programs. By comparing the International Baccalaureate Program with the official policy documents issued by Australia, such as the Melbourne Declaration, the Australian National Curriculum Standard and the Australian Qualifications Framework, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the IB program and the Australian national curriculum, and attempts to reveal the success of the IB program in Australia is inextricably linked to Australia's educational philosophy and education system. It has important implications for the curriculum reform in China.
