中共十九大围绕"中华民族伟大复兴"来界定新时代的内涵、确定国家发展目标以及党的历史使命,十三届全国人大一次会议又把"中华民族伟大复兴"写入了宪法,"中华民族"得到了前所未有的凸显,也被赋予伟大的历史使命。国家发展的宏伟目标和伟大的使命,对"中华民族"的凝聚和巩固提出了新的和更高的要求。然而,作为一个现代民族的"中华民族"是在特定的历史条件下构建起来的,构建完成后仍需要通过进一步的建设来维护和促进其巩固。可是,当代的"中华民族"建设却未得到稳定的推进。因此,"中华民族"的现状与其肩负的使命并不匹配。这样的现实矛盾,便将"中华民族"建设的历史任务尚未完成的问题凸显出来。采取有效措施推进"中华民族"建设,仍是一项重大的社会政治任务。

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China focuses on the rejuvenation of Chinese nation to define the connotation of the new era, to determine the national development goal and the party's historical mission. The 13 th CPPCC National Committee also puts "the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation" into the constitution. Chinese nation has been unprecedentedly highlighted and given a great historical mission. The grand goal and great mission of the national development put forward new and higher requirements for the cohesion and consolidation of Chinese nation. However, as a modern nation, Chinese nation is built under certain historical conditions. After the completion of the construction, further construction is still needed to maintain and promote its consolidation.However, the construction of the contemporary Chinese nation has not been steadily promoted. Therefore, the current situation of Chinese nation does not match its mission. Such a realistic contradiction highlights the unfinished task of Chinese nation construction.Therefore, taking measures to promote the construction of Chinese nation is still a major social and political task.
