白炭黑/天然橡胶湿法混炼共沉胶的性能研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究白炭黑/天然橡胶湿法混炼共沉胶的加工性能、物理性能和动态性能,并与传统干法混炼胶进行对比。结果表明:在湿法混炼共沉胶中增大白炭黑用量,胶料的焦烧时间和正硫化时间逐渐延长,硫化胶的拉伸强度逐渐增大,损耗因子略有减小,玻璃化温度升高;与干法混炼胶相比,湿法混炼共沉胶的正硫化时间延长,加工能耗大,生热低,硫化胶的物理性能和动态性能较好。扫描电镜分析显示,白炭黑在湿法混炼共沉胶中的分散性更好。 The processing property,physical properties and dynamic property of co-precipitated silica/NR compound were investigated,and compared with traditional dry mixing compound. The results showed that,with the increase of the amount of silica in the co-precipitated silica/NR compound,the scorch time and optimum cure time of the compound were extended gradually,tensile strength of the vulcanizate increased gradually,loss factor decreased slightly,and glass transition temperature increased. Compared with the dry mixing compound,the optimum cure time of co-precipitated silica/NR compound was extended,energy consumption of processing was higher,heat built-up was lower,and physical properties and dynamic property of the vulcanizate were better. SEM analysis showed that the dispersion of silica in the co-precipitated compound was better than that in the dry mixing compound.
