喷雾干燥方式对粉末橡胶结构和性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用热空气和过热蒸汽喷雾干燥法制备粉末橡胶,并对其结构和性能进行研究。结果表明:与热空气喷雾干燥制得的粉末橡胶相比,过热蒸汽喷雾干燥制得的粉末橡胶表面存在些许分布均匀的微孔,相对分子质量保持较好,硫化胶的物理性能相当,气密性较好。 The powder rubbers were prepared by hot air spray drying method and superheated steam spray drying method,respectively,and their structures and properties were investigated. The results showed that,compared with the powder rubber prepared by hot air spray drying method,the surface of powder rubber prepared by superheated steam spray drying method had uniformly distributed micropores,the molecular weight was higher,the physical properties of the vulcanizate was quite similar and air tightness was better.
